Ginger Revenge
4cl Summerville Gin
2 cl Lime juice
3 cl Ginger syrup
4 cl Guava juice
1 piece of cucumber
Dash soda water
Preparation
Shake all ingredients on cube ice and strain into a bulbous glass.
Decoration
Cucumber ribbon.
Pineapple Buzz
2cl Summerville Gin
4 cl Pineapple juice
1.5cl Italicus
1 cl Sugar syrup
Fill Sparkling Wine
Preparation
Put all the ingredients except sparkling wine in a shaker filled with ice cubes and shake for at least 15 seconds. Then strain into a champagne glass and top up with sparkling wine.

Marburg 800
4cl Summerville Gin
2cl Martini Ambrato
1.5 cl Raspberry syrup
2 cl Lemon juice
1 bar spoon of Marburg strawberry jam
Fill Tonic Water
Preparation
Put all ingredients, except tonic water, in a shaker and shake on cube ice for at least 15 seconds until the shaker steams up from the outside. Then strain the cocktail into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with tonic water and garnish with raspberries and lemon zest.

Pasteque-O
3 cl Summerville Gin
3 cl Watermelon liqueur
2 cl Lemon juice
1 cl Italicus
2-3 sprigs of Moroccan Mint
Fill ginger ale
Preparation
First put the mint in the red wine glass and press lightly with a muddler. Then fill the glass with ice cubes and put all the ingredients in the glass. Finally, top up the glass with ginger ale.
Decoration
A piece of watermelon on the edge of the glass.
Lychee Sunrise
3.5 cl Summerville Gin
2 cl Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
2 cl Lemon juice
1.5 cl Raspberry syrup
3 Small pieces of fresh ginger
1 egg white
Preparation
First press the ginger in the shaker with a muddler. Then put all the ingredients in the shaker and shake on cube ice for at least 15 seconds until the shaker fogs up from the outside. Double strain the contents into a tumbler filled with ice cubes.

Tokyo Cherry
4 cl Summerville Gin
2 cl Cherry blossom liqueur
0.5 cl Rose liqueur
2 cl Lemon juice
1.5 cl Sake
1 cl Sugar syrup
Half a stalk of lemongrass
Preparation
First cut the lemongrass into small pieces. Then shake all the ingredients in a shaker on cube ice for at least 15 seconds until the shaker fogs up from the outside. Then double strain the cocktail into a coupette glass.

Cocktail Cherry on a stick.
