3.5 cl Summerville Gin
2 cl Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
2 cl Lemon juice
1.5 cl Raspberry syrup
3 Small pieces of fresh ginger
1 egg white
Preparation
First press the ginger in the shaker with a muddler. Then put all the ingredients in the shaker and shake on cube ice for at least 15 seconds until the shaker fogs up from the outside. Double strain the contents into a tumbler filled with ice cubes.
